Recovery is personal.
At Tennessee Recovery Group, we believe recovery is about more than abstinence. It is about rebuilding trust, relationships, direction, and a life worth protecting.
Clarity when things feel chaotic.
Individuals and families are often given too much information and too little practical guidance. TRG exists to make the next step clearer and help people turn good intentions into consistent action.
What we believe
- 01People come before programs
- 02Honesty creates clarity
- 03Recovery grows through small, steady actions
- 04Support should lead toward greater independence
Our approach
TRG is warm, direct, practical, and relationship-centered. The work begins by listening, understanding what is happening, and identifying the next right action.
Founder story
Why TRG was founded.
My name is Joe Landry. I know what it is like to lose everything to addiction, and I know what it is like to build a life worth living one day at a time. Tennessee Recovery Group exists because I wanted families to have someone they could trust when everything feels uncertain. Recovery is not about becoming someone new; it is about finding your way back to who you were meant to be.
